These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the applications and website provided by Apps No Ads, the software label of Melvin Stevens (the “Provider”). By downloading, installing, or using these apps, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
The Provider grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use these apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Your use is also subject to the terms of the app store you obtained the app from.
Donations are voluntary, are used to support development, and are non-refundable except where required by law. They are not a purchase and grant no additional features, license, or entitlement. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; see the Privacy Policy.
The apps, this website, and all related content, names, logos, and designs are owned by Melvin Stevens (Apps No Ads) and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
The apps and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Provider does not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melvin Stevens will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the apps or website.
The Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps or website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
